The Supreme wood fired pizza oven from XclusiveDecor is a beautiful handmade fully insulated oven made using high quality refractory material clay. To achieve high temperature cooking and to have the ability to retain the heat too for slow cooking the refractory clay oven is then layered with rock wool, expanded clay and finished with a special cork coating on the outside. The cork coating on the outside finishes the thermal propertied – in fact the oven is so efficient you can touch the outside of the oven whilst at full temperature without burning yourself.

Externally the oven – measures 90 cm with steel lifting in in each corner of the square base, internally there is still a huge 70cm in cooking space, supplied with high quality double opening stainless steel door, build in thermometer, stainless steel flue pipe and rain cap. This oven allows the use the rotisserie spit a great way to cook chicken, turkey, pork and lamb.

Quick and easy to use – in a mere 20 minutes you can be cooking your favourite pizzas, which will only take around 60 seconds to cook! You can also cook dishes slowly for hours on a lower heat.
